-Richard Long - (1945 Bristol, UK), British conceptual and land art artist. He photographs and manipulates the landscape around him. Many of his works are created during walks in nature. Often the photos he takes of his interventions are the only remains to present to a wider audience. He also made large sculptures and murals for museums. The sculptures often consist of pieces of stone or wood that are arranged in a circle or other geometric figure.
